Terms of service
The terms that govern use of CX Caller, for workspaces and the people who run them.
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By creating a workspace, booking a demo, or otherwise using CX Caller, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.
The service
CX Caller is call campaign management software: it helps teams organize contacts into groups, run inbound and outbound calling campaigns against them with a shared call context, and track outcomes and analytics per campaign.
Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating a workspace, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you sign up under.
Acceptable use
You're responsible for making sure your use of CX Caller, and any calling you do through it, complies with applicable law, including telemarketing, do not call, and data protection rules in the jurisdictions you call into or operate from. You may not use the platform to harass, defraud, or spam, or to call contacts you don't have a lawful basis to contact.
Your data
You own the contact lists, campaign content, and call data you upload or generate in your workspace. You grant CX Caller a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide and support the service to you. We don't use it for any other purpose.
Plans and billing
CX Caller offers a free plan and paid workspace plans, billed as described at checkout. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a paid plan at any time; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise. Fees already paid are nonrefundable except where required by law.
Third party services
Some parts of CX Caller rely on third party services, such as Cal.com for scheduling demo calls and Brevo for transactional email. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' own terms.
Termination
You may stop using CX Caller and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to a workspace that violates these terms, in particular the acceptable use section above.
Disclaimers and liability
CX Caller is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CX Caller isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, let workspace owners know directly.
