Privacy policy
How CX Caller collects, uses, and protects data for workspaces, their contacts, and visitors to this site.
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors to this website, to workspace owners and teammates who use CX Caller (“Customers”), and to the contacts a Customer's workspace calls or manages on the platform. If you're a contact being called by a business using CX Caller, that business is responsible for how it collects and uses your information, and we process it on their behalf.
Information we collect
Account data: your name, email, phone number, and workspace details when you sign up or book a demo. Contact and campaign data: the contact lists, groups, call context, and outcomes a Customer's workspace uploads or generates while using the product. Call metadata: dial time, duration, and outcome logged against each call. Usage data: pages visited, browser type, and IP address, collected via basic website analytics and cookies. Communications: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
How we use it
To provide and operate the product, including logging calls and generating the analytics workspaces see on their dashboard. To respond to demo requests and support messages sent through this site. To send account and service emails, such as confirmations and updates about a workspace's own campaigns. To monitor, secure, and improve the platform. We don't sell personal data, and we don't use a Customer's contact lists for anything other than running that Customer's own campaigns.
Third party service providers
We use a small number of vetted providers to run CX Caller: Brevo, to deliver transactional email (like contact form submissions and account notifications), and Cal.com, to schedule demo calls booked through this site. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their specific function, and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
Data retention
Account and workspace data is kept for as long as the account is active, plus a limited period afterward for backups and legal or accounting requirements. Contact and campaign data is retained per the Customer's own workspace settings, and is deleted when a Customer removes it or closes their workspace.
Data security
We use industry standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including encrypted connections and access controls that limit who on our team can view workspace data, and only when necessary to provide support or maintain the platform.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies to keep it running smoothly and lightweight analytics to understand how it's used. We don't run third party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing support@cxcaller.com. Workspace owners can manage or delete their own contact and campaign data directly from the product at any time.
Children's privacy
CX Caller is a business tool and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, let workspace owners know directly.
